जे.सी.बोस विश्वविद्यालय के वैकल्पिक परामर्श एवं मध्यस्थता प्रकोष्ठ द्वारा जागरूकता सत्र का आयोजन

फरीदाबाद 25 मई, 2022: जे.सी. बोस विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, वाईएमसीए, फरीदाबाद के नवगठित वैकल्पिक परामर्श एवं मध्यस्थता प्रकोष्ठ (एसीएमसी) द्वारा आज ‘सामाजिक समस्याओं के लिए समाधान - मध्यस्थता, परामर्श और विवाद प्रबंधन’ विषय पर जागरूकता सत्र का आयोजन किया। इस प्रकोष्ठ का गठन भयभीत करने वाले सामाजिक-मनोवैज्ञानिक मुद्दों के समाधान के लिए किया गया है।

जागरूकता सत्र में भारत वाल्व्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक और डीएलएफ उद्योगों के अध्यक्ष श्री जेपी मल्होत्रा सम्मानित अतिथि थे, जबकि भारतीय सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय के अधिवक्ता श्री जीतेन्द्र गुप्ता मुख्य वक्ता रहे। सत्र की अध्यक्षता इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स के अध्यक्ष डॉ प्रदीप डिमरी ने की।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए जेपी मल्होत्रा ने विभिन्न विवादों से निपटने के अपने अनुभव को साझा किया और कई समस्या-समाधान तकनीकों पर बल दिया। एडवोकेट श्री जीतेन्द्र गुप्ता ने कहा कि मध्यस्थता एक वैकल्पिक उपाय है जो किफायती, समय बचाने वाला और समाधान उन्मुख है। उन्होंने मध्यस्थता के महत्व को भी बताया और कहा कि मध्यस्थता कभी विफल नहीं होती।

इससे पहले प्रकोष्ठ की संयोजक डॉ दिव्यज्योति सिंह ने बताया कि इस प्रकोष्ठ की शुरुआत कुलपति प्रो. एसके तोमर और कुलसचिव डॉ सुनील कुमार गर्ग के मार्गदर्शन में की गई है, जिसका उद्देश्य व्यक्तिगत तनाव को दूर करना और लैंगिक सीमाओं से हटकर सहानुभूति उत्पन्न करना है। यह प्रकोष्ठ विशिष्ट और सामान्य दोनों तरह समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए काम करेगा। प्रकोष्ठ के सदस्यों में मनोचिकित्सक, परामर्शदाता, स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञ, अधिवक्ता और उद्यमी शामिल हैं। इस सत्र का संचालन आयोजन समिति के सदस्यों भारत भूषण, ममता बंसल और पूजा छाबड़ा द्वारा किया गया।

JC Bose University organizes Awareness Session on Social Problems

Faridabad, 25 May – The newly formed Alternative Counselling and Mediation Cell (ACMC) of JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, today organized an awareness session on ‘Win- Win Solutions to Social Problems: Mediation, Counselling and Conflict Management’. The ACMC has been constituted to address the pressing socio-psychological issue of bullying.

The Managing Director of Bharat Valves Pvt Ltd and President, DLF industries, Sh JP Malhotra was Guest of Honour in the Program while Advocate of Supreme Court of India, Sh Jeetender Gupta delivered the keynote address focusing on Meditation. The session was presided over by the Chairperson Electronics Dr Pradeep Dimri.

Addressing the program, JP Malhotra shared his experience of leading business while handling crises and emphasized upon numerous problem-solving techniques.

In his keynote address by Advocate Sh Jeetender Gupta focused on campus issues as well as perennial social problems like feuds and disputes. Mediation is an alternative remedy that is affordable, time-saving effective and solution -oriented, he added. He also stated the significance of mediation and said that mediation never fails.

Earlier, the convenor of the Cell Dr Divyajyoti Singh, Associate Professor informed that ACMC has been initiated under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. SK Tomar and Registrar Dr Sunil Garg aimed at addressing individual concerns and building empathy beyond gender boundaries. The Cell would address issues beyond gender-specific problems offering both specific and general guidance. The Cell members include Psychiatrists, counsellors, health experts, advocates and entrepreneurs.

The program was well coordinated by the organizing team members including Sh Bharat Bhushan, Ms Mamta Bansal and Ms Pooja Chhabra.
